Delivery

 

To keep costs down to a minimum, standard orders will be shipped the next working day (Mon-Fri) after ordering. We use a 48h tracked Royal Mail service to ship our Fussy Cat products. DHL Parcel may be used for some larger items, such as our Stainless Steel Round Litter Box.

 

They'll be delivered by your Postie at the time that they usually come.

 

If you need it a little quicker, then please select the Tracked 24h delivery option. We will endeavour to ship these out the same working day (Mon-Fri if ordered before 12:30pm) on a next-day tracked service. Orders placed after 12:30pm or at the weekend will go out the next working day on a 24h tracked service. This obviously costs a little more, so we charge a small premium for this option.

 

Tracking details will be sent to you once the order is on the way so that you can keep an eye on your delivery.
