Delivery

 

To keep costs down to a minimum, standard orders will be shipped the next working day (Mon-Fri) after ordering. We use a 48h tracked Royal Mail service to ship our Fussy Cat products (2nd class for replacement filters). Due to Royal Mail's latest price increase, DHL Parcel may be used for some items, such as our Water Fountain or Stainless Steel Round Litter Box.

If you need it a little quicker, then please select the Tracked 24h delivery option. We will endeavour to ship these out the same working day (Mon-Fri if ordered before 12:30pm) on a next-day tracked service. This obviously costs a little more, so we charge a small premium for this option. Orders placed after 12:30pm or at the weekend will go out the next working day.

Litter, Accessories and Essentials are shipped to you direct from the distributor. They have free 24h delivery with a 3pm cut-off on orders over £40, or postage is £3.98 for 48h tracked Royal Mail or £5.28 for 24h tracked Royal Mail in that group only. Pricing will be shown clearly at checkout.

Tracking details will be sent to you once the order is on the way so that you can keep an eye on your delivery.
